Quality Without Compromise
Nine Acres Quilt Batting is made with high quality U.S. fibers and produced on equipment designed specifically for cotton and blends. Our batting is carded, crosslapped, and needle-punched at the proper speed to ensure consistency and strength.
We do not use scrim, resins (glue), or binders.
Each piece is hand inspected, precisely cut, and carefully folded. This is not the fastest way to make batting, but it is the only way to ensure proper quality and consistency.
The result is smooth, breathable batting with beautiful drape, minimal shrinkage, and dependable performance for both hand and longarm quilters.
